What files can I upload?
STL, 3MF, and OBJ, up to 50 MB. You can preview the part and see a price before you send the file.
How large can a part be?
Up to 250 mm on each side. The print page tells you if a file is larger than that.
What does the price include?
The total includes tax. Shipping is extra and depends on where we send the part.
How long until it ships?
The print page shows an estimated print time and a dispatch window. If the colour is not in stock, extra days are added. We do not promise same-day shipping for a colour we have to order. Courier time is on top of that window.
Do you offer shipping?
Yes. We offer nationwide shipping. The dispatch window is when the part leaves us, not when it arrives.
Do you check the file before printing?
Yes. We review every file before printing, including parts that need supports or have gaps in the model.
Which materials and colours are available?
PLA, PETG, ABS, ASA, and TPU. Colours are black, white, grey, red, blue, green, yellow, orange, and transparent. The print page shows which combinations are in stock.
How do I place an order?
Sign in with a code sent to your email, then pay on the order step. Your orders stay under Account. If you only have an order number, the find-an-order page can still look it up.
